AVTS-3000 is a vehicle
tracking and dispatch system. It features GPS, GSM, GPRS, graphic
LCD panel,
and 16 keys for outgoing calls and data transmission between vehicle
and control center. Devices of different applications, such as RDIF
reader/writer, barcode scanner and reader, PDA, and PC device can
be connected with AVTS-3000 for data transferring from vehicle to
control center or vice versa.
AVTS-3000 is the upgraded version of AVTS-1500 that is it comes with
LCD panel and keypad. |

GPS Coverage |
SiRF Star III GPS Module:
LED flashes when GPS signal is fixed. |
GSM/GPRS Coverage |
Permanently
OFF during GSM POWER DOWN mode, ALARM mode, CHARGE-ONLY mode,
SLEEP mode with no wake-up event in progress.
Fast flashing during Limited Network Service: No SIM card inserted
or no PIN entered, or network search in progress, or ongoing
user authentication, or network login in progress.
Slow flashing during IDLE mode: The mobile is logged to the
network (monitoring control channels and user interactions).
No call in progress. |
Voice |
ON during voice communication.
ON for a few seconds when receiving/sending SMS or GPRS from/to
call center. |
SOS |
ON for a few seconds when SOS button is pressed. |

barcode scanning is performed, several barcode readings, which

PC to perform car navigation. |

GPS antenna has to be in a face-on-sky

Turn ON/OFF unit and pick up incoming

SOS |
Drivers can press the SOS button in emergency circumstances.
SOS messages are sent to call center and defined cell phone

The keypad has 12 keys (including ON/OFF button) and 4 selection
keys (arrow keys).
Some of the keys are defined as functional keys. |
