eRaytec International Inc. is an organization specializing in Information Technology (IT), Global Positioning System (GPS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) system integration technology. We manufacture Automatic Vehicle Tracking System (AVTS) hardware and produce AVTS software which utilizes GPS and GIS technologies.

Experience in GPS and GIS System Integration

1. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Branding:
We develop the vehicle tracking system hardware unit and firmware for companies to integrate into their GIS software. This integrated system is used mainly for fleet management and data transmission, in which data transmission includes barcodes, RFID, PC or PDA data and keypad.

2. Bangladesh Distributors:
eRaytec provides the complete vehicle tracking system hardware, GIS application software and mapping services to this distributor. This integrated system is mainly used for vehicle security and tracking applications. It includes ACC ON/OFF, Engine OFF and Door lock/unlock monitoring controlled by the Control Center.

3. India Hubli - Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) Project:
We provide GPS tracking and fleet management system for HDMC vehicles, comprising of garbage lifting trucks and other vehicles used for providing various services under the aegis of Municipal Corporation. The integrated system monitors the movement of selected vehicles operated by the HDMC using GPS and GIS communication technologies.

4. Indonesia Project:
eRaytec provides the client with vehicle tracking system to monitor whether drivers travel exceeding the assigned areas. The system is complete with geo-fencing and route violation features. These features are applicable to ensure that selected vehicles only travel within particular areas, for example, lifting trucks and cement trucks are only allowed to operate within specific areas, or airport vehicles can only operate within the airport area.

5. Taxi Company:
eRaytec provides vehicle tracking and dispatch system to taxi Company to increase the efficiency of task dispatching. The vehicle tracking system hardware unit integrates with graphic LCD panel and functional keypad to allow text and voice communication between driver and control center. The taxi call center receives incoming calls from customers, records customers’ requested pick-up and destination addresses, and then sends the addresses to the closest taxi or the first taxi in the line at the taxi station via GPRS. The taxi driver confirms the task with call Center by pressing a functional key (the task confirmation will be sent to call center via GPRS), and will arrive at the pick-up address within three minutes.

6. Service Vehicles Tracking and Dispatch: eRaytec’s vehicle tracking system hardware, complete with LCD panel and keypad, and AVTS software enhance communication between driver and call center; hence, increase the efficiency of vehicle dispatch to achieve/ensure efficient and quality customer service.
