For vehicle, driver, user and /or customer management, click on “Admin” tab on menu bar.
Following screen will be seen.

i) Vehicle Management :

By default “Vehicle Management” is selected. Different options on this page are “Add New
Vehicle” to add a new vehicle,“Edit Vehicle” to edit existing vehicle data, “Delete Vehicle”
to delete any existing vehicle and “Assigned Driver” to see the details of drivers assigned
to particular vehicle.
When you click on “Add New Vehicle”, above screen will be shown. Enter all or atleast
the fields marked with * (Required fields) and click on “Create Vehicle” button to add this
new vehicle to the list or click “Cancel” to cancel the operation. To edit an existing vehicle,
select it from the list by clicking on the corresponding arrow sign and then click on
“Edit Vehicle”. After making necessary changes, click on “Update Vehicle”. Similarly,
to delete specific vehicle, select it by clicking on the arrow in 1st column of vehicle list
table and click on “Delete Vehicle” icon. An alert message to confirm delete will be
displayed. Click “Ok” to continue or click“Cancel”to cancel the operation.
To get the driver details with the date of assignment for any vehicle in the vehicle list,
select the vehicle and click on “Assigned Driver” icon. The table as above will be displayed.


ii) Driver Management :

This is similar to Vehicle management. Here we can add new driver, edit driver information
and can delete driver. The only difference here is we assign vehicles to selected driver and
also can see the list of assigned vehicles to a particular driver as shown below.

iii) Vehicle Configuration :

By clicking on “Vehicle Configuration”, you can set the vehicle parameters like Report
interval (in Sec.), Over speed limit (km/hr), GPO0, GPO1, GPO2, GPO3 (true if checked).

iv) Customer Management :

By clicking on “Customer Management” you will get following screen similar to Driver
management.
To add a new customer click on “Add New Customer” icon.
Enter all required fields marked with ‘*’.Check the “Can create down level customer” box
if you want to give the rights to the customer to create other customers. Check “Down
level customer of this customer can create further down level customer” if you want to
give the rights to the customers created by this new customer to again create further
level customers.To change the “Is Disabled” status of any customer in the list, select
the customer and click on “Enable / Disable Rights” icon. If the “Is Disabled” is “True”
then the customer does not have the right to sign in.


v) User Management :

In User Management you will get all the information related to users, if you have rights,
you can create new user, edit user information, delete user, edit user settings as follows
and/ or enable / disable user.
Select user and click on “Edit User Setting” to edit the user rights to certain features as
shown above. If “Can Enable Message Settings” is not checked, user can not click on
“Message” tab on the menu. To disallow the user from viewing any of the reports listed
here, uncheck the boxes in front of the report names.Click on “Update Settings” button
to save the changes. To delete the rights of user for any allocated vehicle, click sign
in the concerned vehicle row. To add a right of vehicle to selected user, select the vehicle
id from the drop down list and click on “Add Rights” button. This vehicle will be added to
the table of vehicle list below.


vi) Vehicle Attribute Setting :

You can set the attributes for vehicles like GPI definition, True and False values for GPIs
as shown above. The set values for True or False will be seen in the reports for GPI0,
GPI1, GPI2 and GPI3.


vi) Vehicle Attribute Setting :

You can edit your own profile by changing your password or changing secret question or
answer as shown below.


viii) Vehicle Cost Details :

You can see expenses of your vehicles by clicking “Vehicle Cost Details” and selecting
the dates range in which the expenses are made. Also you can add new expense by
clicking “Add cost details” and even edit the existing cost detail by selecting it and
clicking“Edit Cost Details”.
 

TO See the cost details for other dates, again select the start date and end date and click
on "Refresh Vehicle Cost Details " icon. It will refresh the cost table to show the records for
selected dates
