Introduction

AVTS is an Automatic Vehicle Tracking System (AVTS) which allows tracking and dispatch of
vehicles in real time. This system is ideal for owners of fleets of trucks, buses or cabs who would
like to keep track on the locations of their vehicles; and dispatch tasks to Drivers at any time. It is
an aid to Logistics and Supply chain management and increases the efficiency of warehouse
management and vehicle management systems.

AVTS is a complete Web Based application by which we can plot the position of the vehicle on a
GIS map on internet at real time.

Main features of this application include:

•	Each user has their own account by which they can login to track their vehicles online,
•	2-way voice and data communication: the control center can send SMS or make a call to driver, and driver can reply to control center by clicking buttons or making a phone call.
•	It also facilitates with a user interface to search for a location on map, to track the history of vehicle for particular period, to mark the POI, to draw and define routes, to define geo fence area.
•	Online Reports : User can review vehicle tracking, Bar code, SOS, POI, Over speed, vehicle cost, stop time, toll station, geo fencing area, route violation, distance traveled reports and also messages sent and received reports for certain time frame.
•	Manage customers, users, drivers and vehicles: User can add/delete/modify vehicles and driver details based on their role and rights.
•	Send / Receive messages: User can view all sent and received messages of particular vehicle, even reply to the messages and add new messages.

1. Login Page:

This is the first page of AVTS website where you have to enter your User Id and Password which
are the mandatory fields to sign in. If you want to save your Id and password for future sign in,
check the “Remember Me” box. If forgot your password, click on “Forgot Password?” link.

If you have a given secret question while creating your login account, then that question
will be displayed, write the correct answer. If you want to directly display your password on
“Login” page then click on “GO” button. Or else you click on “Email” button to send password to
your given email id.

If there is no secret question for your account, then your email id will be displayed. Click on “Send mail” button. Your password will be sent to the shown email id.

After entering both user id and password fields, click on “Sign In” button.
